At Wear Karst, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we inspect the items.
